The public RHEA Kernel as a Service model has moved to performance-based monthly billing with no upfront payment or setup fee. Under the standard model, RHEA receives 25% of positive Verified Net Savings after the agreed equivalent workload and quality requirements are satisfied. Future customer savings remain workload-specific and are not inferred from historical benchmark percentages.
